Achieving your personal goals is our main priority. We are focused on creating step by step strategies to further enhance your strength conditioning, and a full body workout. We know everyone has different goals, maybe you want to gain muscle, tone up, or simply lose inches. Are you a beginner? Do you want to enhance your triathlon performance?

The first steps to personal training are simply that a client must undergo a ONE-On-ONE Fitness Assessment for their first appointment, these can be booked at your leisure. A ONE-On-ONE Fitness Assessment consists of a detailed report on your physical capabilities and status and covers both legal and health & safety requirements in order that you as a client can safely undergo instruction by one of our trainers. After this is completed the client can choose further appointments or they can begin the personal training program.

Various fitness level personal training is available to help you meet your goals and gain a healthier and stronger body. You do not have to be a professional athlete or an A list celebrity to look and feel great. In fact anyone who is seriously committed to improving their standard of health and fitness will benefit from our professional experience. Again, If you're a beginner it's a great introduction to the gym and you’ll soon boost your knowledge and confidence. For the more experienced gym user our program will help take you to a higher level of fitness. We offer One-on-One Personal Training three times a week per client. You can do it for one month or try our Eight Week Body® Personal Training program – where you will both feel and see great results in only 8 weeks.

ONE-On-ONE FITNESS ASSESSMENT
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Our Fitness Assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results. It includes Realistic Goal Setting, a Q&A Session, and a complete Health History Evaluation. We will then work together to use the information gathered towards a fitness routine that promotes both better health through better nutrition for your unique body type and helps you reach your fitness goal.

The Fitness Assessment measures:

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Body Fat (3 Point Body Composition Measurement)
  • Physical Endurance (Quick Cardio Workout Test)
  • Muscle Strength (Endurance & Flexibility Test)
  • Proper Heart Rate Consultation
  • Nutritional Guidance Consultation

STRENGTH TRAINING
We will guide you through a program designed specifically for you that will develop strength and increase endurance. We ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. We will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, resistance training, cardiovascular training, core strength and nutrition to give you optimum results.

TRACKING RESULTS
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We will continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need out of exercising to achieve your goals.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the foods, vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. We will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.

ONGOING TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Finally, we will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime with each session.
